Continuing with the Energy Sector CDR standards, this consultation presents recommendations for the Usage End Points data payload and URIs. This data set contains electricity usage (metering) information relating to a given connection point within the authenticated consumer context. It is a valuable data set providing granular view into electricity usage including downstream (electricity being consumed at the connection point) and upstream (electricity being fed into the electricity grid, for e.g. excess electricity generated through solar panels) consumptions
This is the second of the three AEMO designated data sets and has been prepared with their assistance. It also incorporates feedback from previous public consultations.
