DSB & ACCC | Data Quality Workshop 01
About the Workshop
Both the successful launch of consumer data sharing by Initial Data Holders from July 1st 2020, and the growing support for Product Reference Data amongst non-major ADIs has seen greater consumer access to banking product data through standards-based APIs. As expected, standards interpretation, data consistency and usability issues arise which require clarification. As consumers and data recipients increasingly make use of Consumer Data Right (CDR) data, there are a number of facets to data quality that will benefit from common conventions and conformity across all Data Holders.
This workshop is a follow-up to the initial Introduction and Scoping workshop held by the ACCC and DSB on the 4th of August 2020. In this workshop we will seek to review the inputs provided by the community and the scope of the Data Quality issues captured.
The agenda will be formulated with the inputs from the Community as the identified and triaged Data Quality issues will be the basis of what topics and focus groups we form.
