DSB | Data Quality Workshop 02 : Data Conventions
About the Workshop
Consumers now have greater access to banking product data, through standards-based APIs. Initial Data Holders began sharing consumer data on July 1st 2020, and non-major ADIs are sharing Product Reference Data in growing numbers.
As consumers and data recipients increasingly make use of Consumer Data Right (CDR) data, ensuring data quality requires common conventions and conformity across all Data Holders.
This workshop is a follow-up to the initial Introduction, Scoping and Quality workshops held by the ACCC and DSB on the 4th and 25th of August 2020. In this workshop we will seek to work through a first cut of potential data conventions in relation to Product Reference Data and how these apply to personas, their use cases and the API Payloads.
The agenda will be based on community input, using the identified and triaged Data Quality issues raised by the community. These issues will be the basis of the topics and focus groups we form.
Note: this will be a hands on workshop. Please be prepared to actively contribute.
