Consumer Experience Standards and Guidelines

The Consumer Experience (CX) standards, containing requirements and guidelines for the creation of conformant implementation by both Data Recipients and Data Holders, are split into two documents.  The first defines mandatory standards and the second includes guidelines for ensuring compliance with the rules.
