Dear Consumer Data Right participants and other interested parties,
Happy Friday all, here is the end of the week update for the Consumer Data Standards.
News and Announcements
Latest Standards, Consumer Experience, tooling and Consumer Data Right announcements.
Feedback on Consumer Data Right rules and standards design papers
Thank you to those who provided feedback on our CDR rules and standards design papers. Consultation on these papers closed Wednesday 26th of May 2021. Feedback received on these papers will inform the development of draft rules and standards, which will be the subject of formal consultation in the coming months.
As part of the consultation discussions, there has been a number of queries about the deferral of the joint account requirements and ‘direct to consumer’ obligations that would have applied from November 2021 (Treasury announcement). Treasury has responded to these queries with additional information, which is available on the CDR Support Portal.
