Decision Proposal 187- CX Standards | Disclosure Consents
The DSB is consulting on disclosure consent standards following the introduction of AP disclosures in the v2 rules, and the recent Treasury announcement on access arrangements. DP187 seeks to consult on standards that are intended to be extensible and able to apply flexibly to an array of disclosure consents, including AP disclosures, TA disclosures, and insight disclosures.
Feedback on this proposal will close at 5pm on Friday 18th June 2021.
