New Video released
The Data Standards Body have released a new videos:

CX Guidelines Updates
Updates to the CX Guidelines for authentication (Redirect with One Time Password) have been published, including additions to accommodate the energy sector.
Updates include:
- Authentication conventions for user identifiers and OTP delivery added
- Guidelines for support pathways and possibilities included for error states and offline (energy) consumers
- Revised open source assets published to reflect guidelines changes
Telecommunications Workshop: Introduction to the Consumer Data Right
On Tuesday 22nd of February 2022 the Introduction to the Consumer Data Right workshop was held. We welcomed over fifty members of the Consumer Data Right Community and walked through an agenda including:
- Introduction to the Consumer Data Right
- Summary of the legislative framework and Consumer Data Right Rules
- Overview of the Consumer Data Standards: Technical
- Overview of the Consumer Data Standards: Customer Experience (CX) and CX Guidelines
- Engaging with the Data Standards Body
For those unable to attend we recorded the session and are looking to produce a number of videos on the agenda.
10th Maintenance Iteration
The 10th Maintenance Iteration continues next week on the 2nd of March 2022. The agenda will be circulated early next week.
