Version 1.8.0 of the Consumer Data Standards

Draft for Consumer Data Standards Version 1.9.0
The draft changes for Version 1.9.0 are being prepared, you can view the proposed changes on the Project Board: https://github.com/orgs/ConsumerDataStandardsAustralia/projects/11
New version of Consumer Data Right Register Design Reference published
On the 22nd of April 2021, the ACCC published v1.4.0 of the Consumer Data Right Register Design Reference. These changes include documentation clarifications on the design, as well as recommendations on certificate management in the ecosystem. More details can be found in the release notes.
Java Artefacts Updated
The Java Artefacts have been updated to align with Version 1.8.0 of the Consumer Data Standards.

Release plan
A number of changes for the Consumer Data Standards are approved or close to approval. The following release plan provides an upcoming view of the changes to be released:
- Version 1.9.0
- Scope: Maintenance Iteration 6 changes
- ETA: Targeting late April 2021
- Version 1.10.0
- Scope: Enhanced Error Handling pending final community feedback and Data Standards Chair approval
- ETA: Targeting early May.
- Version 1.10.0+
- Priority changes for release will include: Enhanced NPP service overlay support and any changes to address the v2 rules changes.
- ETA: Targeting end of May / early June subject to consultation.

Maintenance Iteration 6
The 6th Maintenance Iteration has wrapped up, with only the retrospective review remaining.

Maintenance Iteration 7
The schedule for the maintenance iteration is:
Phase 1: Kick-off & Backlog Grooming – 28th of April 2021 commencement. 2 weeks duration
Phase 2: Consultation – 12th of May 2021 commencement. 4 weeks duration
Phase 3: Approvals and Documentation – 9th of June 2021 commencement. 2 weeks duration
Retrospective: 23rd of June 2021
